Contributors should know that Emerge Global, Inc. ("Emerge") may make grants to other organizations, including foreign organizations, in order to further its charitable mission. As part of the grant-making process, Emerge will require any potential grantee to submit a proposal that specifies the use to which the grant funds will be put, obligates the grantee to use the grant funds only for the purposes for which the grant was made, provides for periodic written reports concerning the use of grant funds, and acknowledges Emerge's authority to withhold and/or recover grant funds in case such funds are, or appear to be, misused. The board of directors of Emerge shall at all times have the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse to approve any grant request or to withdraw approval of any grant.
Emerge Sponsorship Program

The Emerge Sponsorship Program matches sponsors to a girl in the Emerge Bead Program and provides the approximate cost of running the program for one participant, as well as a birthday and holiday gift. Throughout the year, Emerge Global photographs each girl’s jewelry for her own portfolio. At the end of the year, sponsors receive images of the girl’s favorite pieces. This will enable the sponsor to watch as the girl’s artistic style develops. If the sponsored girl exits the program before the end of the year, sponsors will be matched with a new girl entering the program at that point for the remainder of the year. The sponsor will then receive a packet showcasing all sponsored artists’ work. To protect each participant’s confidentiality, especially given the fact that many are testifying in highly-sensitive court cases, we cannot provide names or photos of sponsored artists. Both they and we are excited, however, to include you in their growth through the program by sharing their work and ideas.
